Suggested Rental Car Companies
Renting a car on Maui can be an expensive. Shopping around over time can save you good money. Once you book airfare start doing you research for your car rental. Typically, every week or two we hop on the internet and check various sites to see if you can beat your last quoted reservation. Make a game of it! Do this right up until the week before your trip. Don't forget while "playing this game" to clear the browsing data, cookies from your internet browser or use an incognito browser for private browsing as car rental websites will keep track of your last browsing sessions which may prevent you from finding the best car rental rate. Also, sometimes you can get an excellent rate by paying in advance for your rental car; keep in mind though that once you pay there are cancellation penalties if you find a better deal. The good news is if you regularly research, you will see rates drop (or increase) and know when you have a good car rental rate.
